Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and unmet needs within the cataract treatment space

Collaborate with senior product managers (f/m/x) to align product goals with market needs and facilitate portfolio development and launch discussions

Develop sales collateral and training materials that effectively communicate product

Support lifecycle management projects from initial commercialization through to global market readiness and eventual phase-out

Prepare presentations for conferences, assist in product training sessions, and provide in-field support to the sales team to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement

Bachelor student in the final semester of a degree in a relevant field (engineering, business, marketing); a completed degree or being a master student is a plus

Initial experience (from previous internships) in product management, marketing, sales, or strategy consulting roles, preferably within the medical device industry

Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and customer insights

Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration and presentation

Problem-solving skills to address challenges in product development and marketing

Project management capabilities to assist in coordination cross-functional initiatives

Proven focus on placing the customer at the core of every decision, coupled with a deep passion for technology-driven products

Highly proficient in spoken and written English; German proficiency is a plus, and proficiency in other languages is also a plus
