Your role Leadership and further development of the interdisciplinary team from up to 9 colleagues
Responsibility for the technology and product roadmap especially for definition, prioritization and implementation
Control of development projects from idea to industrialization
Promoting technological development, including the use of AI and technology screening
Ensuring clear processes, transparent decisions and efficient cooperation
Close coordination with management and relevant interfaces in the ZEISS Group
Complete higher natural or engineering studies
Experience in team leadership, technical project management and motivation
Knowledge in optics, software, hardware integration, mechanics and electronics
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, coupled with a strategic approach and structured working
Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and oral, to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
