Welcome Want to Do you fully exploit your medical width and accompany patients holistic? As a specialist (m/w/d) for general medicine or internal medicine in our MVZ, you combine diagnostics, therapy and long-term care and continuously develop your expertise.

The MVZ of the Schön Klinik is a 100% subsidiary of the Schön Klinik Hamburg Eilbek and has its location right next to the clinic. In our MVZ, we provide an annual expertly-crossing ca. 10,000 outpatient patients at a high medical level. In addition to the complete medical care, we provide pre- and postoperative care for thyroid and obesity-surgical patients. Through our close cooperation with the clinic, we are excellent in networking outpatient and outpatient healthcare.

Structured program coordination: As part of the care of patients in the disease management program, you will accompany structured treatment programs in asthma, COPD, KHK and diabetes mellitus.

Comprehensive patient care: They take care of the medical care of our patients and ensure an empathic, professional care.

Careful tracking: They record all program-relevant data structured, monitor therapy intervals and ensure complete documentation.

Engaged team vote: In close interdisciplinary cooperation, you are actively involved in patient care and actively participate in the team.

Quality-assured treatment: They provide guidance-oriented, high-quality diagnostics and therapy according to current medical standards.

They bring a completed medical study with completed specialist medical certificate for general medicine or internal medicine. Knowledge in the field of DMP and Sonography is desirable and complement your professional profile. The willingness to visit home and home is desirable, but no need. You enjoy dealing with patients and convince with your respectful way.
