Senior site manager for pipeline construction / civil engineering / technical management (m/w/d)

At our 8 locations with a focus in the south German area, we employ around 700 qualified staff and maintain a fleet equipped with state-of-the-art vehicles and equipment. You take on the operational and technical responsibility for construction projects in the field of management and civil engineering You take care of the accounting of the projects You guide, motivate and develop employees at your location You win new clients:inside and acquire potential projects You are for contract and price negotiations with contracting entities:inside and partners You are a contact person on site for customers:inside, partners:inside and your team You accompany the recruitment process of new employees and report personnel and resources to the management

You bring multi-year (10 years+) experience in civil engineering (alternative construction), road construction or in the electrical field with You have completed your studies (e.g. civil engineering) or a technician/master in this field You have well-founded technical knowledge in large construction projects You bring several years of experience in the management and team management You are safe in planning, organization and implementation of complex construction projects You are willing to complete your incorporation once a month at our location in Stein near Nuremberg for three days and are ideally familiar with the portals of Vodafone, Telekom and BW
