Head of Payroll / Time Management / Company Pension Scheme (m/f/d)

Management and further development of the Department of Charge Accounting, Timekeeping and Occupational Pensions, including professional and informal counselling Ensuring a correct, timely and legally secure monthly pay bill by applying labour law and tax rules, as well as compliance with statutory and collective agreements (Chemie MTV) Pensions Administration: Own-responsible support and billing of pensioners, including pension adjustments and deduction of taxes / social contributions Management and coordination of pay tax, social insurance and audits in close cooperation with finance and external audits Continuous development of structures, systems and functional processes in a matrix organization and analysis of cost-benefit structures Technical consultation of employees and managers on personal economic issues

Successfully completed studies of business management or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in pay billing with leadership experience Funded and up-to-date knowledge in tax and social security law as well as in labour and collective law (ideally Chemie MTV) Experience in process optimization, project management, digitalization initiatives and knowledge in SAP HCM Strong communicative skills, pronounced problem-solving competence and service-oriented working Joy in taking people, sharing knowledge and developing solutions together IT affinity and basic knowledge in English in word and writing
