Location: Weather (Ruhr) Type of employment: Full-time Working hours: 40 hours per week

Purpose and objective We are looking for experienced CNC milling machines (m/w/d) for the Hagen site at the next possible time for our well-known customers from the punching technology sector.

Your tasks:

• Stand-alone installation, ruts and operation of CNC milling machines
• Programming and optimizing CNC programs at Siemens controls
• Production of individual parts and small and medium series according to technical drawings
• selection and measurement of tools and device of the clamping means
• Implementation of measurement, shape and quality controls
• Monitoring and optimization of production processes
• Fixing small machine malfunctions
• Maintenance and maintenance of machines and equipment used
• Documentation of production orders
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations

Your profile:

• Completed training as a machining mechanic (m/w/d), CNC milling machine (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in CNC milling
• Good knowledge in handling Siemens controls (Sinumerik)
• Secure reading of technical drawings
• Experience in setting up, running and programming CNC milling machines
• Quality-conscious, independent and careful working
• Teamability, reliability and technical understanding
• Willingness to work shifts
