• Together with your colleagues, install, configure, handle and deliver IT systems that we supply to our customers.
• In doing so, you analyse individual problems in the IT landscape of our customers and then make yourself a joint solution in the team.
• In this context, you support our customers in initial installation, answer specialist questions and offer first solutions for various IT challenges.
• What cases does your team take? For what questions do we need specialist colleagues? With your assessments on customer enquiries, you support us in the delivery and initial installation of the IT devices.
• From small error to hardware repair - you retrieve faults, redirect devices after a malfunction and replace damaged hardware parts.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete technical training or related activity
• First experience in IT
• Knowledge of ticket management systems
• Personally, we especially like your courtesy and friendly appearance and your willingness to deal with customer challenges.
• Mobility, driving licence class B/BE, or 3
