Construction management fiber optic expansion

As a construction manager, you are responsible for the economic, timely and qualitative execution of the construction sites assigned to you. You recognize deviations at an early stage and promptly initiate measures to improve to ensure compliance with the contractual agreements. You take the planning and work preparation of your construction sites. These include, among other things, the testing of inventory plans, the collection of VAO, column deployment planning, equipment and material requirements planning and the creation of construction schedules. You monitor the correct construction of internal resources and subcontractors according to the technical specifications (network concepts) of our customers and the relevant technical standards and regulations (e.g. ZTV-A-StB, RSA21, DIN standards, etc.). You will ensure the lack of execution, documentation of services and acceptance by city/commune and our customers. You will set up timely scales, taking into account difficulties, and will revise the collected services/additional costs to our customers, subcontractors and to the cities/municipalities. You check the accounts of the subcontractors and shipping documents and ensure correct and transparent cost management. You are the first contact person on site (Raum Baden-Württemberg) for our customers, the representatives of the cities/municipalities (Ordnungs- und Tiefbauamt) and the residents. You'll be in touch with these contacts and take part in regular construction meetings/Jour-Fix appointments from our clients.

(m/w/d), engineer (m/w/d), or comparable training. Multiannual professional and industry experience as well as very good knowledge in the field of glass fibre construction (NE3). Experience in project management and the processing of medium to large construction sites. Good handling of internal and external customers is expected. Regional readiness to travel (assembly).
