Praktikant (m/d)

Location: nationwide Start date: from May/June 2026, initially limited to 24 months You want to develop specifically for a leading role in sales? In our 24-month trainee program, you can go through various stations – from the field service via Key Account Management. You take responsibility early and are systematically prepared for a later leadership task. A varied 24-month trainee program where you can get to know our different sales areas. A 12-month external service mission within Germany, where you are responsible for managing a customer district. A 6-month training in key account management, in which you learn everything about the support of our key customers. An exciting project assignment in one of the following areas: Category Management, Trade Marketing or Sales Business Improvement (about 6 months). Editing an international project together with Trainees from other Ferrero countries. The possibility of taking responsibility early and contributing directly to the success of the company.

A completed study and first relevant experiences, for example through internships in food retail or sales. Analytical and strategic-conceptual thinking capacity as well as the ability to address commercial customers with sound business arguments. A winning personality – happy with corners and edges – but above all enthusiastic and convincing. A dedicated, self-initiative way of working with the will to create and implement things. A certain degree of flexibility, mobility and readiness to move, as our sales staff (w/m/d) are in use throughout Germany.
