As part of the restructuring of our area of commissioning, we combine various functions and look for you in the leadership role to design a new department resilience! We offer a job that makes you happy: You implement a holistic outsourcing and third party risk management that optimally connects processes, controls and efficiency in the value chain of our savings bank. You coordinate and check risk analyses, identify potential risks early and initiate targeted countermeasures. You continue to tax and develop risk analyses and monitoring and control measures and effectively integrate them into the business processes of the Sparkasse. You conduct professional and disciplined speakers for outsourcing management. At the same time, you take over the disciplinary leadership of the data protection, emergency management and supply chain compliance officers. What we want from you: You have a completed economic, legal or IT-related master's degree or a comparable bank-specific qualification such as Diplom Sparkassen/Bankbetriebswirt:in You have several years of leadership experience and understand how to successfully develop teams and accompany them through changes. You bring well-founded knowledge of outsourcing management and the regulatory requirements of the banking environment, in particular MaRisk and DORA. You have experience in carrying out and evaluating risk analyses and developing effective control and monitoring measures. You are convinced by a secure occurrence at management level and can prepare and present complex facts in a manner that is appropriate to the address.
