With this, we form the foundation that people can connect to each other wherever and everywhere. We are represented at eleven locations nationwide with over 750 employees.

We are looking for support at the Leverkusen site as soon as possible.

Responsibility for the network and energy connections of our sites E2E control of connection measures

Ordering network connections, testing and approval of offers

Communication with distribution system operators and subcontractors to completion

Negotiations with general contractors, suppliers and service providers

Operational Service Provider Control (GU & Acquise-DL)

Coordination of glass fiber connections with the aim of laying in the same trench

Building and maintaining long-term partner relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders

leadership of your own team and close, trusting cooperation with all stakeholders; Interface function to other areas, in particular rollout and purchasing

Responsibility for purchasing power/energy

Support for escalation processes in energy connections

Participation in digitalization and automation initiatives

You perform the following tasks as a team manager (m/w/d): Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team, as well as perception of overall responsibility for results and employees Defining the task scope and defining clear responsibilities Ensuring occupational safety Implementation of the culture and strategy of the business unit Organisation of the team incl. resource management in coordination with contractors/management incl. Control and Priority Promoting feedback culture and self-initiative and employee responsibility Target group-specific communication Responsibility for the skill-related and personal expansion of the team, aimed at future-oriented and sustainable competence development through e.g. Initiation of training and further development of employees and promotion of lifelong learning Promoting talent, motivation and enthusiasm for employees

Completed studies (e.g. electrical engineering, etc.), comparable qualification or completed vocational training with additional qualification or long-term professional experience in the field of activity (min. 5 years) Professional experience in the context of network connections Relations with the world of distribution system operators Negotiating skills and experience in dealing with service providers and general contractors Knowledge and experience in processes of ordering electricity knowledge of environmental protection Impressed communication skills and good stakeholder management Very good IT skills incl. MS Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, Power Point) Individual initiative, outgoing personality and high commitment Design will German in Word and Writing Good knowledge of English
