The team of the Central Project Controlling (ZPC) is responsible for the operational control of our construction planning projects. The aim is to establish business standards, to carry out training and to identify risks at an early stage. For this we work closely with other areas and use analyses, presentations and new processes. Your tasks include: Acquisition of a regional competence within the framework of the establishment of the regional control Regular exchange with commercial employees in the regions Creation and analysis of monthly reports based on defined KPIs preparation of reports and the preparation of cross-disciplinary analyses; Development of strategically relevant measures Implementation of business analyses and ad hoc evaluations for management and regional management Analysis, optimization and standardization of existing commercial processes With design and further development of the controlling tool (eGECKO) Support in the business training of project management, branch management and commercial personnel

completed commercial training with professional experience in accounting; or completed economic studies with a focus on controlling (also welcome professional starters and graduates) or Industrial engineering Very good knowledge in MS Excel, especially pivot tables; Power BI of advantage Analytical Thinking Power, Structured Operation and Interest in Process Optimization Safe occurrence, communication strength and readiness for cross-border exchange High own initiative and fun on team work in the project environment
