You are responsible for the personnel requirements and deployment planning. You make the orders. You are responsible for the following points: Quality management Budget management Crisis management Documentation Staff management You coordinate the practice team and are responsible for the general practice organization. You expect the legal and private medical services. You take responsibility for the further development of quality management and the establishment of efficient process processes. You are involved in the implementation of quality assurance measures and hygiene guidelines. You run the team meetings. You work closely and trustfully with the medical line, the dialysis line, and possibly the ambulance.

You are a certified health and nursing professional (m/w/d) or you have a completed vocational training for medical professionals (m/w/d) with experience in care. You spray team spirit, show sense of responsibility and motivation. You understand something about targeted work and performance. You bring communication strength, flexibility and sensitivity in patient contact. You want to work in a great team. You have a safe and convincing appearance. You own IT affinity and are safe in handling popular MS Office products You have the ability to motivate teams and create a pleasant working atmosphere. You have experience in quality and process management.
