You are the first contact person:in for intermediaries:in the field of construction finance and answer case- and product-related questions competently and timely. You check the economic conditions of the borrowers on the basis of the documents submitted by the intermediaries and evaluate the creditworthiness. You meet independent credit decisions in compliance with our internal credit allocation standards and regulatory requirements. You activate cross-selling potentials, identify matching additional products and guide interested customers specifically to anchor maintainers or insurance experts. You set up decisions and contracts until the final conclusion of the case and coordinate the assignment of the loan value determination.

You have successfully completed your completed training on the Savings Bank Manager/Bankfachwirt (m/w/d) or Sparkassenbetriebswirt/Bankbetriebswirt (m/w/d) or have a similar qualification. You have experiences in private customer business and as far as possible in real estate financing. You have several years of sales experience and have achieved success in the sale of construction, insurance and additional products. You have a high level of sense of responsibility as well as very good contact and communication skills.
