The GCSP/TPW department is responsible for the global Mercedes-Benz AG warranty and cunning requirements, as well as the relevant processes over all sales levels. Through the continuous optimization of our processes and systems, we enable our Mercedes-Benz service partners to efficiently process their warranty and culmination applications. With AI-based data models and parameters, we continuously monitor the damage and use our control levers, such as manual testing of applications, parts findings and audits. Your tasks in detail: Planning and implementation of a digital fair for a two-week period

Creation and Presentation of Regular Reportings on Event Organisation at Department Management

Coordination of presenters and trade fair stand supervisors

Participation in day and project business to make a valuable contribution to the work of the area and to introduce new ideas

Creation and communication strategy and implementation of specialist areas

Conception and creation of own short videos, as well as support for the areas of expertise in creating digital content

Showing optimization potentials for day-to-day business by using AI

The activity can begin from June 2026.

Degree in Business Informatics, BWL, Digital Business Management or a comparable degree programme

Interest in digitization and new technologies

Very good PowerPoint knowledge

First experiences in project management are advantageous

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Teamability, communication strength, readiness to learn and self-employment
