Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Gunzenhausen As part of our team, you will accompany the introduction of new products and technologies. You analyse complex technical systems precisely and carry out detailed damage assessments to provide sound diagnostics. By finding out, among other things, from damage investigation, you take necessary measures. Of course, this includes the detailed technical justification. You serve our telephone hotline in the 2nd and 3rd level support and stand up to our customers. Customers also in foreign languages for technical inquiries. In addition, you support the technical operation of boiler plants and ensure their optimal function and availability. You go to troubleshooting on the basis of schematics and programming and take over the cause research in unclear damage images. Last but not least, you evaluate structural components (also on site at the clientele) and assume the system assessment in the boiler house.

Training: completed training as technicians: in the field of electrical engineering or comparable experience and know-how: electrotechnical knowledge; Programming experiences for Siemens SPS; technical knowledge of the construction and operation of large-scale water boilers, hot water and boiler plants Personality and working methods: You communicate complex technical facts clearly and understandably, step up safely and approach problem solutions in a structured and analytical manner; always keep the goal in mind and bring your expertise to the team Languages: German and very good English in word and writing
