As Executive Assistant (m/w/d) in the Personal Insurance department, you enter your sound insurance knowledge into the AXA Group and work hand in hand with our Personal Insurance Board.

Analytical & Strategic Thinking: You can analyse complex market, competition and regulatory developments in the field of personal insurance and derive sound impulses for the further development of the department as well as sustainable growth and profitability. Stakeholder management: You will be happy to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, control coordination with corporate functions and top management and move safely into challenging interface structures. Innovation competence: You actively promote change processes, promote exchange across domain boundaries and support transformations with a high degree of self-initiative and adaptability. Self-organization: You can prioritize strategic and operational topics in parallel, coordinate complex group requests independently and prepare board appointments structured and forward-looking content. Communication competence: You moderate meetings and department events, prepare board and decision-making sessions in an address-oriented manner and communicate complex content in a clear and management-oriented manner in German and English.
