Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Immenstadt Our Deployment Business Excellence (DBE) department is responsible for excellent internal and external communication, the continuous improvement process, organisational development, event management and employee surveys. We are a small, mixed team working closely with almost all areas and leadership levels at our site. You create and publish convincing communication materials, from presentations in PowerPoint to visual content with Photoshop and InDesign, to convey our messages clearly and appealingly. You write concise texts and edit content for our internal digital channels, in particular the Intranet and Social Media, in order to keep our employees informed and involved. With your camera, you will catch the special moments of our internal events and start up appealing video clips, from the conception to the turn to the cut and to the concrete that make our corporate culture live. You actively support the preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops for continuous improvement, both virtually and locally, and prepare evaluations and project documents. As an important team player, you are organising a wide range of internal events with high standards, including executive meetings, exchange platforms with external partners and strategic meetings that strengthen our cooperation.

Education: Studies in the field of graphics, design, communication, PR, media sciences, business, economy or comparable Experiences and know-how: safe handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and image and video editing software; User experience in editorial and design areas as well as with social media and content management systems are advantageous Personality and Working: You go open to others, present your ideas confidently, communicate clearly, find solutions self-initiative and work effectively in the team Languages: very good German and good English in word and writing
