The work takes place in close cooperation with other authorities of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH), the North German countries (NdL) and in Germany-wide projects KONSENS.

In cooperation with other teams and groups of the IT department as well as other FHHH authorities, you are responsible for various controlling, coordinating and technical tasks.

Project management of several parallel, partly highly complex and interdisciplinary IT projects in different project phases Support of the project management office (PMO) in the continuous development of the project management standard Implementation of requirement analyses and economic considerations Advice and support of colleagues with project management method knowledge in complex line activities

Required University degree (bachelor or equivalent) of computer science or a comparable subject or equivalent skills and experience, each with at least 3 years of practical experience in tasks of the enrolled post at Bachelor level (in public service from EGr. 10, case group 1) as an alternative: completed training in a recognised IT profession or equivalent skills and experience, each with 5 years of relevant professional experience in tasks of the enrolled entity, of which at least 3 years of practical experience in tasks of the enrolled entity on the Bachelor level (in the public service from ECR 10, case group 1) German knowledge of at least C1 level in word and writing Advantages Experience in leadership of matrix teams Certification according to IPMA (level C or higher) or similar certification Willingness to acquire further qualifications in the field of project management independent, structured and targeted functioning as well as high reliability and sense of responsibility analytical and creative thinking in conjunction with negotiation skills and enforcement
