Business Application Manager - Customer Service Management (m/f/d)

You are a contact person when it comes to the professional control and continuous development of an internationally used customer service management (CSM) platform. Whenever it comes to international projects and initiatives, you can arrange them confidently at the interface between business and IT. You support the structured inclusion, evaluation and prioritization of professional requirements from different countries and disciplines. In your position, you coordinate work packages, dependencies and stakeholders throughout the CSM environment and perform tasks from agile, product-related or classic roles, such as Scrum Master, Product-Owner-related responsibility or project management. You are in close cooperation with IT architects, developers, consultants as well as specialist departments and ensure smooth coordination. Last but not least, you call for clear, target-group-oriented and address-oriented communication in an international environment. In addition, you take on the professional support and further development of a central resource management tool, advises internal units in the use, supports the introduction, training and communication of innovations, and participates in reporting and evaluation requirements.

Experience in managing or supporting international business IT projects or platforms Experience with Customer Service Management solutions, ideally ServiceNow knowledge of agile working methods (e.g. Scrum) and experience in product-related or project-oriented roles Understanding Product Cloud, Project Management or Scrum Master tasks and their interaction as well as basic understanding of service processes and service business, ideally in the B2B environment Knowledge in the ITIL environment and understanding of customer service processes, in particular in the context of CSM Very good knowledge of English in word and writing for cooperation in international projects Personally, we particularly like your strong communication and coordination skills as well as your structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working.
