Responsible management and control of a complex reconstruction and bridge reconstruction project in Mainz-Mombach Coordination of contractors, polishing and commercial staff at the construction site Leadership of a construction site team of approx. 15-20 employees Ensuring the time, cost and quality of project execution Monitoring and compliance with occupational safety and environmental legislation Coordination with builders, authorities, engineering offices and other project participants Organisation of material, equipment and personnel use Documentation of the progress of construction and follow-up and deficiencies management Co-responsibility for a project volume of several million euros. Studies in civil engineering, construction project management or further education in civil engineering Experience in the construction management of infrastructure, reconstruction, steel construction or bridge construction projects Ideal experience in rebuilding or Bridge restoration Technical understanding and knowledge in the field of statics and structural engineering Experience in coordinating subcontractors and building site teams Handling of relevant building regulations and occupational safety regulations German knowledge at a level that is secure for negotiation Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Enforcement, Responsibility and Team Skill
