With approximately 200 employees, we produce electronic assemblies, equipment and systems for the automotive, industrial and measurement technology sectors in our plant in Saarland.

Planning of orders and forecasts in the goods management system (INFOR) based on overall planning Working in the customer focus team Confirmation of orders and forecasts to end customers and internal customers Function as a central interface between Neunkirchen (Operation Company – OC) and internal service providers (Production Company – PC) Examination and evaluation of changes in the delivery calls Initiation and control of feasibility studies in call changes Introduction of appropriate risk mitigation measures for material and capacity bottlenecks Maintenance and management of master data in the goods management system (Infor), e.g. lead times and minimum order quantities Coordination of timetables for technical changes and outgoing planning (EOL Process) Transfer of forecasts to production planning taking into account material and capacity availability Release of customer orders for shipping Close coordination between customers and internal production Coordination and coordination of delivery dates with customers

Completed commercial or technical training, ideally focusing on supply chain / logistics Experience in production planning or supply chain management of advantage Safe handling of ERP/goods management systems, ideally INFOR Embossed communication and coordination capabilities Analytical thinking and structured and independent working High customer orientation and team skills Good English knowledge of word and writing safe, friendly appearance, as well as strong team skills
