Creation of market and location analyses, decision templates on real estate transactions and implementation of desktop research Quantitative market analysis, collection, processing and analysis of data, use of property-specific databases Market reporting, observation and analysis of local and international real estate markets

You are a student of an immobility-specific or economic-scientific degree course or another degree course with interest in as well as initial knowledge in the real estate sector Interest in the European real estate market Team player with high level of self-initiative as well as reliable & structured working Enthusiasm for new tasks Good MS Office knowledge and willingness to work quickly into software systems German and English knowledge at least level B2
