Projektmanager (m/w/d) Full-time/unlimited

Your duties

• Heading, control and further development of the entire Resource Protection Division (Forst, Landscape Care, Hydrogeology and Water Protection, Trassenpflege, Agriculture) with regard to corporate objectives
• Motivating support for the specialists and managers in personal and professional development in cooperation with the management and personnel department
• Control and optimization of internal processes in terms of cost, quality and cost-effectiveness
• Analysis of external framework conditions (e.g. legal requirements, rules, literature, innovation, competition) and derivation of recommendations for action
• Planning of budget and personnel needs
• Management activities in the “Agriculture, Water and Soil Cooperation” (KLWB) and the Forestry Association to represent the interests of the WTV

This will bring you

• Complete master's degree in natural sciences or a comparable qualification
• Long-term management experience in high management positions is absolutely necessary
• Sufficient knowledge of raw water protection, water protection, forestry, landscape management and nature and environmental protection desirable
• Multiannual experience in handling change processes
• Target-oriented communication skills and high empathy
• Impressive strength and solution orientation
