They support the nursing department for the Landesverband NRW in nursing/care science issues and help achieve the jointly defined goals and minimize performance risks. In co-operative cooperation with the responsible departments of the 15 regional associations, you advise them in the compliance and implementation of social legislation in the respective institutions. Through a lively readiness to travel, you maintain a communicative exchange with the staff in the facilities and support them in case of need with your specialist on site. A comprehensive range of services for outpatient and semi-stationary care with currently 22 social stations, nine day care facilities and four providers-responsive housing communities, as well as a hospice and day care. Together with the specialist department, they implement the current legal amendments and care-relevant changes by cost-holders and working communities into the regional associations and thereby create the guarantee of the performance according to current requirements.

They have a profound nursing expertise, ideally through a completed study in nursing and health management, or a qualified training for nursing services as well as several years of knowledge and experience acquired in practice.
