In this position, you are responsible for the definition, development and governance of software architecture across products and platforms. You ensure that architectural decisions are sustainable, scalable and consistent with the strategic objectives in the long term. Definition and development of software architecture (systems, modules, interfaces) Defining and establishing design principles (e.g. modularity, reusability, security) Close coordination of architecture across hardware, software and system levels Technical assessment of concepts, architectures and solutions Support and advice of development teams in architectural decisions Ensuring scalability, wartability and platformability Definition of architectural policies, patterns and best practices Evaluation, selection and integration of external software solutions Participation in technology and tool decisions Planning and implementation of architectural reviews

Strong focus on the “Big Picture” and cross-system thinking Experience with software architectures in embedded and ideally security-oriented systems Embossed moderation and communication skills across teams and disciplines Knowledge of the development of security-relevant system architectures (e.g. ISO 26262, IEC 61508) Experience in the definition of security concepts on architecture level (e.g. safety mechanisms, ASIL/SIL mapping) Understanding the integration and detection of security requirements in system and software architecture
