Team Leader Production (m/f/d)

You ensure a smooth production process and are predominantly directly present in production. In case of bottlenecks or technical problems, you pack yourself up. You lead and support our pre-workers (m/w/d) and production staff (m/w/d) in day-to-day business, coordinate shift planning and ensure order, discipline and compliance with all occupational safety and safety regulations. You implement the production requirements, quality standards and objectives of the management and agree regularly and directly with it. You recognize optimization potentials in the production processes and drive improvements actively with your team.

You have completed vocational training in the metal or electrical sector, for example as industrial mechanic, agricultural and construction machine mechatronics or operating electrics, as well as a successfully completed training as master, technician or a comparable qualification. You have a strong technical understanding and like to take responsibility for people, machines and processes. You lead your team through presence, role model function and active support in everyday production. You value clear structures, work reliably and implement the requirements of the management consistently and responsibly. You are looking for a position with responsibility and long-term perspective.
