Direct communication with the hostess to coordinate the daily processes and food planning incl. You are an experienced/inspiring specialist in the kitchen and bring well-founded knowledge in the field of German and modern international cuisine to give a new interpretation to ground-level dishes. Team skills are self-evident; You appreciate the cooperation in a small, dedicated team of up to 3 people and are ready to participate actively. You work structured and keep an overview even at lively moments. control of common kitchen appliances or systems
