Coating Operator (m/f/d)

As a coating operator, you are in charge of the operational support of the technology and are responsible for the comprehensive support of your own “island” (inspection, grinding and coating). This area is rebuilt at our site and represents an important growth area in the technical service. Together with the team, you actively develop the area. Your activities include: Operation and monitoring of HVAF/HVOF coating systems and finalization of the surfaces on turning and grinding machines setting, monitoring and adjustment of central process parameters (e.g. surface quality, temperature, Pressure, gas flow) to ensure reproducible processes performance of quality-safe tests (layer thickness, adhesive strength, roughness) as well as evaluation and Documentation of measurement results Preparation, conditioning and control of powder materials and provision and testing Components for the coating process Regular maintenance, calibration and easy troubleshooting of systems to ensure Safety of operation Creation and maintenance of work logs, reports and process documentation according to internal and external requirements; Participation in process optimizations Support and training of colleagues

You can have a completed technical design in the area of surface coating or a comparable design. We are also important: Multiannual professional experience in powder coating Willingness to work in shiftwork Forklift and/or crane license Knowledge in an ERP system (ideally SAP) Safe handling of technical drawings Routinized handling of current MS Office applications
