Your duties Responsibility for the assignment, execution and documentation of operational IT services (e.g. client and printer installations, user accounts, access rights, support for clients & peripheral devices) Interface function between specialist departments and the IT organization Coordination of customer requirements for the further development of IT infrastructure in production IT Documentation of IT cabling, IT racks and infrastructure components in their own responsibility Support for hardware and software issues and training for new employees Working with exciting IT projects in various fields

Your profile Complete training as a specialist informant or comparable technical qualification with IT focus 3 - 5 years of professional experience in operational IT operations Knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications Experience with data networks, servers, telephony and peripheral devices awareness of IT security, data protection and information security Safe handling of the M365 environment, including Office products, OneDrive, teams and other Microsoft cloud applications Service orientation, communication strength (also in English) and customer-friendly appearance readiness to travel within Germany
