It's waiting for you • You are responsible for cross-departmental and international projects and processes and lead them to success • You control projects from planning to successful implementation • You prepare well-founded decision-making bases for the management team and support them in strategic positions • You plan and moderate workshops on the development of new concepts and improvement strategies • You conduct process analysis and implement optimization measures to increase efficiency • You take on the introduction of new processes and methods in the company

That's what you bring • You have a degree in business management, engineering or a comparable qualification • You bring professional experience in process management, consulting, project management and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • You have the pleasure of actively shaping changes and working together across departments and bringing a structured and solution-oriented approach to understand complex processes and relationships • You think logical-analytical and conceptual and work independently • You have a very good moderation and communication skills as well as a safe occurrence in front of different target groups • You are an excellent networker and have fun to “connect” • Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other foreign languages of advantage • Occasionally prepared travel
