The aim of the position is to ensure a smooth, efficient and high-quality operation in the field of engine finishing and storage concept by optimally controlling, continuously improving and consistently aligning all operational processes, resources and employees with respect to quality, costs, appointments and safety. Total responsibility for the operational processes in the engine finishing and the storage concept Planning, control and optimization of workshop, finishing and logistics processes Management, coordination and further development of employees in the operational field Ensuring quality, schedule and work security Optimization of throughput times, capacities and resource use Cooperation with adjacent departments such as purchasing, order processing and sales Introduction and further development of standards, processes and key figures systems (KPIs) Support for investment decisions and process improvements Ensuring compliance with legal, technical and internal requirements

Complete technical studies in the field of mechanical engineering or supply chain management or technical training with further training in the field of operational management, production or management Multiannual professional experience in operations, production or workshop management, ideally in the engine or mechanical engineering environment Knowledge of logistics and refinement processes Experience in employee management and process optimization Embossed organizational and analytical skills High quality, cost and responsibility Enforcement strength, communication skills and team orientation Safe handling of ERP and planning systems
