Responsibility for IC and Working Capital Controlling Support in the introduction of a modern ERP system, including the implementation of control and financial perspective requirements Development and implementation of an ESG reporting framework for compliance with regulatory and investor-related requirements Creation of business cases and cost-effectiveness analyses for strategic projects Support of M&A processes and post-Merger integration Continuous development of reporting with a focus on automation and digitization of processes

Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar training with focus on controlling, finance Experience in controlling, ideally in a PE portfolio company or in a high-growth middle class Expertise in implementing ERP systems and optimizing controlling processes Knowledge in the development and management of ESG reporting and sustainability KPIs are advantageous Analytical thinking and pronounced number affinity Very good Excel knowledge as well as experience with BI and reporting tools
