Care and further development of customers: in the hemophilia incl. Pharmacies as well as other relevant areas in the clinic field Implementation of the predefined market and sales strategy and responsibility for sales, growth, market acceptance and market penetration Building and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with key customers: Own creation of sales and sales plans as well as planning of suitable measures to achieve targets in coordination with the executive, including own budget responsibility for regional events Continuous market observation: recognition, analysis and prediction of trends and derivation of opportunities and risks Planning, coordination and implementation of medical and pharmaceutical training, lectures and participation in congresses and symposiums Active knowledge sharing in the team as well as continuous development of their own professional and sales skills Regular reporting and exchange on market activities, competition, strategies and measures Ensuring the proper distribution of our approved products according to § 43 and § 47 as well as § 52a AMG, incl. consignation and emergency storage, return processing and support of stock management
Qualification and professional experience: Multiannual experience in pharmaceutical distribution or Department Completed vocational training with authorization to work as a pharmacist:in (e.g. PTA, MTA/MLA, BTA) or completed university studies in the scientific or medical-pharmaceutical field Representative communication, presentation and negotiation skills Structured, self-responsible and targeted working methods Team orientation and high learning readiness driving licence class B Very good knowledge of the regional clinic and hospital landscape Sovereign appearance in dealing with medical, nursing and pharmaceutical professionals
