Compilation of expert opinions in the field of refurbishment of buildings, including parking garages Testing of structures according to VDI Directive 6200 Creation of refurbishment concepts for facades, balconies, underground garages and car parks Construction Controlling/Quality Assurance Creation of planning, tendering and execution of the construction monitoring of renovation measures in the field of concrete repair (park structures, facades, balconies etc.)

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering or construction engineering or recognised expert in the field of construction engineering Multiannual relevant professional experience in the field of stability/statistical calculations Ideally relevant experiences in concrete repair (e.g. park buildings) Ideally good knowledge in building law and in the preparation of expert opinions German language skills, good English skills desirable Very good analytical thinking and high problem solving capability Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills High readiness for responsibility Training for the expert planner for concrete repair driving licence class B
