Project Manager TGA - Supply Technology / HVAC (m/f/d)

In recent years we have numerous projects such as Lufthansa Lounges, Zalando, Starbucks, Sony Center am Potsdamer Platz, Booking.com, Nivea Haus Berlin, Madame Tussauds, Camper (Berlin), ESPRIT, American Embassy, Muji etc. implemented throughout the federal territory for national and international clients. You are responsible for the holistic control of demanding TGA projects in the field of HKLS, from planning to successful acceptance, thereby ensuring compliance with quality, budget and dates. You run your project team from construction managers as well as technicians and act as a central interface for customers, suppliers and entrepreneurs. With the help of MS Project you control the technical handling of the plants heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation and are responsible for the associated project documentation. In close cooperation with the sales department, you support the calculation and creation of technical offers and introduce your expertise from practice. You prepare the mounting pads and make sure that all work is carried out professionally and according to plan by inserting directly on site.

You bring several years of professional experience in project management or construction management in the field of technical building equipment (HKLS). Their operation is structured and independent, coupled with a pronounced customer and service orientation. In dealing with MS Office, especially MS Project and Excel, you are versed. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in managing project teams or technicians. You communicate safely in German and have basic English skills.
