Become part of our team and support the sales team as a 'Consult Manager (m/w/d)' in the support and development of our top strategic customers. You work in the ''Strategic Key Account Management' department at the Düsseldorf site and stand for our top strategic customers as a competent partner. By listening, professional advice, but also negotiation skills, you will plate our Strategic Key Account Management as a recruiting partner in a very demanding customer segment. With your commitment, you make a valuable contribution to redesigning the labour market of the future – so that it works for everyone. Your tasks Together with the Key Account Managers, you act as a contact person for our strategic customers You advise the subsidiaries of well-known companies about the use of our products By working with key figures and customer data as well as deriving and implementing necessary measures, you achieve deeper penetration of strategic accounts You build relationships, listen, act as a voice of the customers into the Stepstone organization and find suitable solutions together We are only strong as a team, so you are not alone, but are supported by different interfaces (key account managers, sales strategy, business consultants, etc.)
