RENAFAN is a nursing service provider who has been standing for excellent and individual care for 30 years now. At our location in Brandenburg an der Havel, up to 122 customers will find a new home in our stationary facility, the ServiceLeben Havelstadt. We are looking for our house now your support as Deputy Nursing Service, stellv. PDL (m/w/d) in full time (40 hours per week). Working hours: Monday-Friday You do not necessarily need a PDL bill.

Complete representation of the care service (PDL) in all matters including technical instructions of the team employee-oriented and economic personnel deployment planning Personal and customer acquisitions Care of the stock customer base Ensuring high care quality and customer satisfaction Customer advice (SGB V, SGB XI, SGB XII) and cost clarification

Takeover of readiness

a training as examinated nursing staff (health and nursing staffin, nurse/career, nursing staffin, nursing staff, etc.) a minimum 2-year professional experience in stationary care good German knowledge (at least B2 level) Teamability, empathy, flexibility and a high level of responsibility are of course for you Communication strength, organisational skills, reliability and commitment
