Identification of potential sites for new construction projects and M&A targets Coordination of M&A projects with the Group Creation of presentations and decision templates for the Management Board and Management Control of the M&A process within the Kursana, in particular preparation of NBOs, control of due diligence processes, modeling of business cases and negotiations with the sellers Support of Post Merger Integration Preparation of site analyses to evaluate potential new buildings and acquisitions Leadership of the expansion team

Complete economic studies, preferably with a focus on accounting & controlling or strategy Professional experience in the M&A or financial sector of a company or a corporate finance department of an audit company Experience in health care, preferably in stationary care Management experience Negotiating English Excellent skills in handling MS Office, especially with Excel Experience in project management readiness to travel
