Site Manager/Senior Site Manager for Earthworks (m/f/d)

Operational building management in earth construction: At the construction site you control the execution in open underground and earth construction. Depending on the experience, you are responsible for a subsection or several construction sections and make sure that dates, quality and costs are met. Leadership and coordination on site: You conduct your own teams as well as after-contractors, coordinate operations and ensure a structured interaction of all participants at the construction site. Quality, occupational safety and regulations: Work, environmental and safety requirements are always in your eye and are consistently implemented. Compliance with relevant contractual bases, technical regulations and guidelines – for example according to VOB – is at any time in mind and consistently implements them. Material, equipment and resource management: With an economic view, you plan the use of material, machinery and personnel, coordinate deliveries and ensure efficient construction site operation. Performance and billing: Services, supplements and progress of construction are documented cleanly by you. When billing, you work closely with the project and commercial management. Communication and voting: In regular exchange with clients, authorities, project management and internal specialist departments, you contribute to the smooth functioning of the construction process. Further development & superordinate control (overheader level): With increasing responsibility, you take over the professional leadership of several construction managers, assist in the optimization of processes and participate in the further development of the construction site organization.

Technical basis: A completed study in civil engineering, a technician training or a further education as a polisher or Masters in civil or civil engineering form your technical basis. Practice in earth construction: You have gained experience in the construction management of civil engineering or civil engineering projects. Depending on the race you already have responsibility for individual construction sections or several construction sites. Leadership with clarity: Teams, subcontractors and construction sites are taxable. Clear announcements, reliability and enforcement are just as important to you as respectful handling. Organization & economic thinking: Structured planning, cost awareness and solution-oriented action characterize your work – even if it becomes complex at the construction site. Technical understanding: Construction processes, regulations and regulations like VOB and guidelines are familiar to you. The use of digital tools, MS Office or design-specific software is your everyday life. Communication at eye level: Whether client, authorities, project management or construction site team – you communicate clearly, bindingly and solution-oriented. Mobility & commitment: The regular presence on the construction site is of course for you. A German passenger car license ensures the necessary flexibility in the project everyday.
