To strengthen our Leipziger-Riesaer-Architektur-Team, we are looking for you as a project manager (m/w/d) for object and general planning in Leipzig or Riesa.

You take over the project management of demanding construction projects over all performance phases of HOAI You are contact persons for our customers and coordinate all stakeholders involved in planning You are responsible for the technical guidance and guidance of the architects in the project team You are actively involved in the design process, in particular in execution planning You will review dates, costs and quality assurance

Complete study of architecture Multiannual professional experience (less than ten years) in object planning, preferably industrial construction, and project management Knowledge of planning and construction processes in German building law, HOAI and VOB Structured working and team orientation Extensive experience in execution planning Secure handling in Word, Excel, PowerPoint A plus, no need: knowledge in REVIT, AutoCAD and Photoshop
