Your responsibility lies in the professional and organizational management of the entire staff area with six staff officers and two staff representatives. You actively shape the development of the area and create sustainable structures, efficient processes and reliable control systems. You develop modern and future-oriented human resources strategies and actively implement them to support corporate goals through the targeted development of digital and efficient HR processes. You advise executives on labour and collective bargaining issues, accompany change processes and work confidently with the employee representation. As a member of the expanded management, you actively introduce personal-strategic perspectives into organizational decisions and work closely with the management. You are responsible for the budget and financial planning of the department and are involved in cross-departmental projects.

With your successfully completed studies, for example in the economics with a focus on human resources management, the law or a comparable degree course, you will bring a well-founded technical basis for this responsible management task. Thanks to your multi-year professional and leadership experience in the human resources sector – ideally in the health and social sectors – manage You are confident in personal processes and design modern staff work with a strategic view. You have well-founded knowledge in the areas of organisational development, human resources strategy, labour and social security law, and advise managers competently on labour and collective bargaining issues. As a member of the expanded management, you actively take the perspective of personnel management into organizational decisions. With your communicative and binding personality, you promote constructive cooperation with the employee representation, accompany change processes professionally and represent the company in front of the labour court if necessary.
