As Head of Performance, Reward and Workforce Reporting (m/w/d), you, together with your team, contribute significantly to the design and development of all content and processes related to remuneration. Head: You are a team of experts: you are a member of the HR management team within the HR organization. Process Ownership: Together with your team, you control the implementation of the annual performance and compensation round, including all relevant stakeholders. Implementation: In your projects, you will support the development of the organization together with the HR Community and give you significant impulses for the design and design of the compensation architecture. Presentation: Structured analysis and preparation of the content for different target groups and reporting requirements are of course for you. Stakeholder management: Advising the top/senior executives, HR executives and the works council on all salaries-relevant topics is a key success factor for your work.

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, or another degree with HR Focus You have collected about 8-10 years of relevant professional experience in Compensation & Benefits Dealing with large amounts of data in a highly trusted environment is not a problem for you Very good communication skills, persuasion and enforcement Excellent analytical skills and a high claim to their own work results
