We need a qualified person(s) as CNC milling machine (m/w/d) for our 5-axis milling machine from Hermle B300 with iTNC530 control

Creation of CAM programs with Cimatron for components of injection molding tools and process related accessories Creation of insert sheets for smooth production Programming and setting up 3- and 5-axis milling machines Implementation and documentation of quality assurance measurements Maintenance and management of relevant manufacturing data Ensure order, cleanliness and work safety Mounting and tuning of injection moulding tools for pattern and series production Maintenance, repair and optimization of tools to ensure production quality Ensuring tool functions by controlling and exchanging wear parts Customize and optimize tools for specific manufacturing requirements Quality testing of workpieces

Completed training as a tool mechanic (design technology) or comparable qualification Experience in CAM programming, ideally with Cimatron Safe handling of 3X and 5X milling machines Experience with Heidenheim control ITNC 530/640 Basic knowledge of MS Office Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Interest in optimizing and developing manufacturing processes
