Successfully completed university studies of the Business Administration Insufficient professional experience in controlling, preferably in the social economy, utility or public administration Multi-year leadership experience Interest and competence to interpret the results of the controlling in an own-initiative way, to embed them into a holistic concept and thus to redesign the internal services independently Experience in working with business intelligence solutions High-level Excel knowledge Openness to people and technological developments in digitalization and AI Joy of clarity, transparency and communication Identification with the tasks, objectives and values of the Caritas
