Civil Engineer for Claim and Contract Management (m/f/d)

As a civil engineer*in you are the key figure for contract and claim management in our projects. In this role, you are responsible for the assessment, enforcement and defence of claims and claims in close cooperation with the project teams. Your tasks include: Coordination, processing and management of supplementary requirements in various stages of performance elaboration and enforcement of construction and technical performance based on contractual and legal regulations Installation and testing of supplements for performance change and construction sequence disorder Examination and evaluation of construction contracts, performance directories and other contractually relevant documents as well as the creation and processing of additional cost displays, disability advertisements and other writings for documentation of claims Ensuring compliance with contractual deadlines and legal requirements Preparation and implementation of follow-up negotiations with contracting entities, subcontractors and other project participants Support for cost assessments, evaluations and risk analyses related to project progress and success

Education: Completed studies in the field of construction (engineering, management, engineering, etc.), industrial engineering with a focus on construction or a comparable qualification Professional Practice: Experience with work in (construction and/or infrastructure)projects, experience in contract and claim management are desirable Industry knowledge: knowledge of contract types, contract design and legal framework conditions in the construction industry Working methods: structured and independent working methods and an analytical approach Mindset: Hands-on mentality, sense of responsibility and care Communication talent: team and collaborative skills as well as strong communicative skills in order to act skillfully in negotiations. skills: safe handling of MS Office, experience with project management and claim management software; very good German knowledge (written and oral), English skills are a plus
