• You implement prophylaxis measures – such as decubitus, fall and contractor prophylaxis – consistently and professionally and adapts them to individual risks. • For you, standards and safety requirements are firmly part of everyday care – you implement them attentively and responsibly. • You explain processes in a comprehensible way, respectful of questions and create a trusting basis in everyday care with your clear communication. • In everyday life, you will work together with residents:inspiring everyday activities – from group offers to individual employment measures after biography.

• Valuable cooperation and an open attitude in the team are important to you — you are constructive and actively shaping a positive working atmosphere. • With your nursing exam or equivalent degree, you bring the basis that is required for our use as a nursing professional. • You bring German knowledge at least on B2 level – for care documentation, handovers and clear communication. • For stationary operations, you need safe handling of home routines, transfer processes and coordination in the living area – even in changing situations. • Mobility and organisational openness for operations throughout Germany

How clear is the daily shift in the home? Early, late or night service will be discussed with you in advance.

What do I do? Changes can occur, but will be matched with you before.

Are Sunday supplements included in hourly wage? Sunday supplements are treated separately — we will discuss specific regulations with you in advance.

If the specific site is set in advance? Yes. Facility, location, period and essential framework conditions are coordinated with you before starting.

Is there a cost for accommodation and arrival? No. The agreed accommodation and the costs of arrival and departure are fully taken over by biac.
