Internship in Production Management / Lean Management (m/f/d)

Support for production management: You are actively involved in day-to-day business and assist in controlling and organizing production. Process optimisation: You are involved in improvement projects and develop measures to increase efficiency and quality. Data analysis and key figures: You analyze production key figures and guide concrete action recommendations. Lean and Standards: You assist in the introduction and further development of standards, such as lean methods. Interface work: You work closely with adjacent areas such as logistics, maintenance and customer support. Leadership insights and feedback: You get insights into the employee leadership, work closely with the product management as your strong contact person and receive regular feedback on your development.

Studies: You study engineering, industrial engineering, production technology or a comparable course of studies. Advanced level: You are ideally located in an advanced stage of study. Interest in production: You have great interest in production processes and operational processes. Analytical thinking: You act structured, data-driven and solution-oriented. Own initiative and team work: You take active action, take responsibility and work in the team. IT know-how: You are sure to go with MS Office, especially with Excel. Framework conditions: You are available for a 6-month full-time internship (Start by appointment) and at best have an interest in a possible subsequent thesis.
