Construction Supervisor - Construction Management / Quality Control / iTWO (m/w/d)

You monitor the proper execution of the works directly on site and ensure that You comply with the approved execution documents, the construction contract and the applicable technical regulations. You participate in building start-up consultations and are responsible for the assignment of the exporting companies to the respective construction projects. In addition, carry out independent checks or arrange them and carry out random quality checks You document the construction process carefully and actively support in deficiencies management In addition, you will work with decreases as well as regulatory decreases A further focus of your activity is the examination of invoices in iTWO and the recognition of possible follow-up behaviour, which you assess technically and provide sound support for the building management. Last but not least, you will recognize possible follow-up measures at an early stage, evaluate them technically and provide a well-founded support for the building management

You have a degree in engineering (e.g. civil engineering, mechanical engineering) or a degree as technician:in You have already been able to gain first to several years of experience in building monitoring or project management, ideally in infrastructure With the relevant technical regulations and the regulations of building contract law and VOB, HOAI etc. you know The current MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) will certainly apply and ideally have first experiences with iTWO or planning software (e.g. PlanRadar, DocuTools) You have German language skills at native language level and your working method is independent, structured, solution-oriented and team-oriented You have a valid passenger car license of Class B. A personal vehicle for private use can be provided
