Deputy Operations Manager (m/f/d)

In daily restaurant operation, you can reliably support the management. For smooth processes and a high level of customer satisfaction, you’ll be with the team. The coordination, motivation and support of the service team are part of your daily business. You actively participate in service plans, assignments and the planning of operations. New employees work in a structured manner. Quality, service and hygiene standards are guaranteed. Reservations, events and special guest wishes are reliably coordinated. For orders, cash accounts and goods checks, you are responsible. In the absence of the management, you take the operational responsibility. With your own ideas you actively shape the new opening.

Training in gastronomy or comparable professional experience Multiannual experience in service, ideally with first leadership responsibility Excellent hostility and joy in dealing with people Organizational and a good understanding of operational processes Safe, friendly and professional appearance Structured, reliable and independent operation A fair and valuable team together calm and overview, even if it becomes lively Willingness to take responsibility and make decisions Enthusiasm for regional and seasonal gastronomy
